AI Snippets are pre-generated text suggestions powered by artificial intelligence that help you write faster and more effectively. These snippets can automatically generate content, respond to common inquiries, or even help you structure a message based on specific keywords or prompts.

By integrating AI Snippets into your workflow, you can:

• Save time drafting responses.

• Ensure consistency in your messaging.

• Personalize communication with ease.

How to use AI Snippets in your Messages

• Log in to your account.

• Navigate to the "Campaigns" section where you create your messages.

• Click on the "Send email" or "LinkedIn message" step where you want to use AI snippets for.

• Click on the AI snippet button. Select an AI snippet, you'll see a list of suggestions or templates related to common messaging scenarios.

• You can either:

  • Browse pre-generated snippets: Pick a snippet that best fits your needs.

  • Create a new snippet: Describe what you want and create your own snippet.

    
    

• Customize your AI snippet. After selecting an AI-generated snippet, you can customize it to fit your style and the context of the conversation.

• Instructions: Customize how the AI should generate this snippet of text

• Amount of sentences: Select how many sentences this snippet should contain

• Required information: Select which information sources are needed to generate this snippet (e.g. Prospect LinkedIn profile, Prospect LinkedIn activity, Company LinkedIn profile, Company LinkedIn activity)

Once the AI Snippet is customized, click the "Insert" button to add it directly to your message. From here, you can continue editing or send the message as is.

Types of AI Snippets Available

Here are some common types of AI Snippets you can use in your messages and how the AI should generate the snippet of text:

• Relevant industry pain-point: Describe a relevant pain point from the industry of the prospect's company, specifically in the department of the prospect. Make sure the pain point is relevant to our product or service. Keep it to the point and concise.

• Remark about commonalities: Remark about shared information between the sender and the prospect. This can be based on shared experiences, educations, industries, locations, name etc.

• Customized value proposition: Customize our value proposition to the prospect based on the information we have about them. Make sure it is relevant to our product or service.

• Insightful question: Mention an insightful question about the prospect's company or industry. Make sure it is relevant to our product or service.

• Remark about recent company activity: Remark something interesting about recent company activity. This can be based on the prospect's company or industry.

• Mention a relevant case study: Mention a relevant case study of your company, tailored to the prospect's company and department.

• Mention a relevant industry statistic: Mention a relevant, interesting industry statistic, tailored to the industry of the prospect's company and the department of the prospect. The goal of this statistic is to provoke curiosity, to highlight a problem in the industry or to show a solution to a known problem.

• Personalized compliment: Compliment the prospect about something unique about their profile. Make sure it is relevant to our product or service.

• Joke about competitor's product: Make a joke about a competitor's product. Make sure it is relevant to our product or service.

• Tailored call to action: Make a tailored call to action for the prospect. Suggest a specific time and date in the near future (max 2 workdays ahead) for meeting. Formulate the call to action as a question.
