Once you have a lead list, Seleqt gives you several tools to organize, refine, and prepare it for outreach. This article walks through all the key lead list management features — from filtering and sorting to bulk actions and duplicate removal.
To manage a lead list:
Open Lead lists from the left-hand navigation.
Click on an existing list to open its dashboard.
You’ll now see a table containing all leads added to this list, along with management tools at the top and within the table.
Each row in the table represents a single lead. The default columns may include:
Name
Job title
Company
Company website
Location
You can interact with the table in several ways:
Select leads using the checkboxes on the left
Sort columns by clicking on column headers
This makes it easier to review both small and large lists efficiently.
You can filter leads directly inside a lead list to narrow down results.
Seleqt currently supports filtering by:
Name
Job title
Company
Company website
Location
Phone number
Each filter supports the following conditions:
Contains
Does not contain
Is empty
Is not empty
Click Filters at the top of the list.
Add one or multiple filters.
Click Apply Filters to update the table.
Filters can be stacked to create precise views, such as:
Leads with a specific job title
Leads that already have an email
Leads excluding certain companies or locations
You can reset or modify filters at any time.
After selecting one or more leads, additional actions become available:
Add to campaign – send selected leads into a campaign
Export to CSV – download selected leads
Delete – remove selected leads from the list
Bulk actions only apply to the leads you’ve selected, helping prevent accidental changes.
To keep your list clean and campaign-ready, Seleqt includes a Remove duplicates feature.
At the bottom of the lead list, click Remove duplicates.
This opens the Filter out leads window.
Inside this window, you can configure how leads are removed:
Remove leads that exist in other campaigns
Prevents the same lead from being contacted in multiple campaigns.
Remove first-degree connections
Useful if you want to avoid outreach to people you’re already directly connected with.
Maximum leads per company
Limits how many leads from the same company remain in the list.
For example, setting this to 1 ensures only one lead per company is kept.
As you adjust these options, Seleqt shows a real-time summary explaining:
How many leads are in the list
How many will be removed
Why they are being removed
Click Remove leads to apply the cleanup
Click Skip to exit without making changes
This ensures full transparency before any leads are removed.
Additional tools help tailor the list to your workflow:
Add column – show more lead attributes
Find contact info – enrich leads with available data
Sortable columns – quickly reorder leads by key fields
These options are especially useful when preparing a list for outreach or review.
Managing a lead list in Seleqt allows you to:
Filter and sort leads with precision
Perform bulk actions efficiently
Remove duplicates and control lead quality
Customize the list view for your workflow
With these tools, your lead lists stay clean, focused, and ready for campaigns.
