Get real-time Slack notifications whenever a prospect replies to your LinkedIn or email outreach — without leaving your workspace.
Seleqt's webhook integration lets you push incoming message notifications directly into a Slack channel. Once set up, you'll see a Slack message the moment a prospect replies to your campaign — so your team can act fast without checking the Seleqt inbox constantly.
Note: Webhooks are configured per user. Every user in your workspace who sets a webhook URL on their profile will receive their own notifications independently.
Seleqt fires a webhook notification in three scenarios:
LinkedIn message from prospect — A prospect sends you a LinkedIn message via a Seleqt campaign.
Email reply from prospect — A prospect replies to an outbound email from your campaign.
Outbound message sent — A LinkedIn or email message you send is recorded by Seleqt via webhook.
Notifications are sent in this format:
New reply from John Doe (campaign: Campaign Name) The message text here
Setting this up takes about 5 minutes.
Step 1 — Create a Slack App Go to api.slack.com/apps and click Create New App. Choose From scratch, give your app a name (e.g. "Seleqt Notifications"), and select the Slack workspace you want to post into.
Step 2 — Enable Incoming Webhooks In your app's settings, go to Features → Incoming Webhooks and toggle it on. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace and select the Slack channel where you want notifications to appear.
Step 3 — Copy your Webhook URL After authorizing, Slack generates a webhook URL. Copy it — it will look like this: https://hooks.slack.com/services/TXXXXXXXX/BXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Step 4 — Add the URL to your Seleqt profile In Seleqt, go to your account settings and find the Incoming Messages Webhook URL field. Set the webhook type to Slack and paste your URL. Save your changes.

Step 5 — Wait for your first notification Once saved, Seleqt will start sending notifications to your Slack channel as soon as the next qualifying message is received. No further action needed.
Tip: Each team member needs to add their own webhook URL in their own Seleqt profile. Notifications are scoped to the workspace where the message was received.
Can multiple team members receive Slack notifications? Yes. Each user in your Seleqt workspace can configure their own webhook URL in their profile settings. If multiple users have a URL set, they each receive notifications independently.
Will I get notified for messages I send, or only replies from prospects? Both. In addition to prospect replies, Seleqt also fires a notification when an outbound LinkedIn or email message you send is recorded via webhook.
Does this work for both LinkedIn and email? Yes. The webhook covers LinkedIn messages and email replies from your Seleqt campaigns.
Can I route notifications to different Slack channels per campaign? Not currently. The webhook URL is set per user on your profile, so all notifications go to the same Slack channel.
