How to Export Leads from a Campaign
Seleqt allows you to export your campaign leads directly to a CSV file, making it easy to use your data in Excel, your CRM, or any other tool. The process takes just a few clicks from inside any campaign.
Before You Start
Make sure you are inside the campaign whose leads you want to export. Your leads should already be visible in the 1. Leads tab.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open your campaign and go to the Leads tab
Navigate to your campaign from the Campaigns section in the left sidebar. Once inside, make sure you are on the 1. Leads tab at the top. You will see a table listing all your leads with columns such as Name, Job Title, Company, Status, and more.
2. Select your leads
Click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the leads table (next to the "Name" column header). A small dropdown will appear with the following options:
Select 25 leads — selects the leads currently visible on the page
Select all (25 leads) — selects every lead in the campaign
Choose the option that fits your needs. Once selected, all rows will be highlighted and the header bar will update to show how many leads are selected (e.g., "25 leads selected").
3. Click "Export to CSV"
Once leads are selected, an Export to CSV button will appear in the top bar (in red). Click it to trigger the download.
4. Save the file
A "Save As" dialog will open on your computer. The file will be pre-named with the format:
prospects_export_[Campaign Name]_[Date]_[Time].csv
Choose your preferred folder and click Save. The file is saved as a Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values file (.csv).
Done — your leads are exported
You can now open the CSV in Excel or import it into any CRM or outreach tool of your choice.

Troubleshooting
Export button not appearing? Make sure you have actually selected at least one lead using the checkbox. The button only appears after a selection is made.
Only some leads exported? Check whether you chose "Select 25 leads" (current page only) vs. "Select all" — make sure you selected the full list if you need all leads.
