How to Set a Default Sending Window for Your Campaigns
Setting a default sending window ensures your automated emails or messages are sent only during specific days and times. This is a great way to stay professional and reach your audience when they are most likely to engage.
Steps to Update Your Sending Schedule:
Navigate to Settings: Locate the Settings gear icon at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Access Sending Window: From the settings menu, select the Sending Window tab.
Adjust the Schedule: * Use the toggles to enable or disable specific days of the week.
Adjust the time sliders to set the exact hours (e.g., 09:00 – 18:00) for each active day.
Save Your Changes: Click the pink Save button at the bottom right. You will see a "Sending window saved" confirmation message.
Note: These changes will apply to all future campaigns. Any campaigns that are currently active or previously completed/paused will not be affected by these changes.
You can overwrite these defaults for each campaign by editing campaign settings.
