When your campaigns are running smoothly, the replies will start rolling in. Instead of bouncing between your email app and LinkedIn, Seleqt brings every single conversation into one place: the Unified Inbox.
Because this inbox is packed with features, let's break down your new toolkit by what you can do.
1. Sort and Organize the Chaos
On the left side of your screen, you will see all your active chats.
Quick Filters: Use the folders at the top to instantly view messages that are Unread, Awaiting reply, or marked as Important.
Custom Labels: Click the three dots next to any chat to add a Label. You can create your own color-coded tags (like "Hot Lead" or "Follow Up Next Week") to keep your inbox perfectly organized.
2. Get the Full ContextWhen you click on a message, the middle of your screen shows the chat history. But Seleqt gives you a lot more context than a normal inbox:
The Action List: Right next to the chat bubbles, you will see a grey timeline. This shows you exactly which campaign steps (like "Visited Profile" or "Sent Email") happened and when.
Quick Links: At the top of the chat, click the LinkedIn icon to instantly open the prospect's profile in a new tab, or click the Campaign icon to see exactly which outreach list they came from.
3. Take Next StepsThe menu buttons at the very top of the chat window let you take action without leaving the page. You can:
Set a reminder to follow up later.
Push the lead directly to your CRM.
Add them to a Pipeline or move them to a brand new campaign.
Need to manage the prospect's details? Open the Lead Panel on the far right. Here, you can jot down private notes for your team, view their complete lead history, edit their contact information, or even archive the lead entirely.
4. Craft the Perfect ReplyWhen you are ready to write back, the reply box at the bottom has everything you need. You can attach files, use AI to help you draft a response, drop in a pre-saved template, or add your signature with one click.
The Most Important Feature: Look at the toggle at the very bottom right of the screen. Before you hit send, you must choose your sender account!
Select your Email account to reply via email.
Select your LinkedIn account to send your reply as a direct LinkedIn message.
