Manually searching for prospects through endless database filters can be time-consuming and often involves significant guesswork. Our latest feature, the AI Lead Finder, helps speed up the process of searching for leads by transforming it into a conversational, automated experience.
How the AI Lead Finder Speeds Up Prospecting
Step 1: Initiating the Conversational Search To get started with the automated search, navigate to the Find Leads tab in the main sidebar. Locate the AI text box at the top of the screen to begin your search.
Step 2: Provide Your Natural Language Prompt Think of your prompt as describing your ideal customer to a human colleague.
You can enter a descriptive prompt, such as "Look for founders of e-commerce agencies located in Europe who are specialized in Shopify development".
Once you have typed your detailed description, click the blue Start button to begin the automated research process.
Step 3: Interactive Refinement and Filter Application After you click "Start," the AI analyzes your prompt and initiates a conversation to confirm exactly which data points it should apply. This flow enables you to refine key aspects of your target profile using simple options:
Refining by Job Title: The AI will ask you to confirm specific job titles, offering options like Founder, CEO, or Managing Director based on your prompt.
Refining by Industry: It will prompt you to select the industry, suggesting relevant fields like E-commerce Agency.
Refining by Location: You can select target locations from the AI's suggestions, such as Germany, United Kingdom, or France.
Refining by Company Size: You have the option to filter by company size, or you can simply skip this step if it does not matter for your search.
Step 4: Reviewing Results and Saving the List Once the filters are applied, the system will automatically load the matching leads so you can review the results.
Saving Leads to a List: You can add these prospects to a list by clicking the Add leads to list button in the top right corner.
Bulk Add Options: The system allows you to select bulk quantities to add, offering dropdown options to select 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1000 leads at once.
