Manually opening hundreds of individual lead profiles to collect contact information takes far too much time. If you have a large list of leads, you can easily enrich their profiles to find their contact info, and then export all of those details in one seamless bulk action.
Here is the quickest way to scrape and export all that valuable data at once!
Now that your leads are selected, you can use your automation credits to uncover their contact info.
With your leads selected, click the Enrich leads button at the top of the screen (represented by a lightning bolt icon).
In the pop-up menu, make sure to toggle on the specific data points you want to retrieve, such as "Find work emails" and "Find phone numbers".
Click the orange Start for [X] selected button at the bottom of the window to process the search for all of the highlighted leads.
Once the system has fetched the data, you can download it all into a clean spreadsheet.
Keep your leads selected on the screen.
Click on Export to CSV button to export the leads to the CSV file.
When you open your newly downloaded CSV file, you will find all of your lead data neatly organized.
Just scroll over to find the dedicated Email and Phone Number columns, which will now be fully populated with the newly scraped contact data. (Note: If a phone number or email could not be found for a specific lead, that particular cell will remain blank).
