Send leads to campaigns based on score

A list is only useful once you know who is worth writing to. Seleqt ranks your leads by fit by telling the AI exactly what a good lead looks like.

Here is how to qualify your leads using custom signals and route them to the appropriate campaigns based on their scores.

🎯 Qualifying Your List Using Signals

You can tell the AI to look for specific traits, such as recent funding, hiring signals, or specific tech stacks.

  • Click on Qualify leads in the top right corner of your list.

  • You can select an existing research task or click Create a lead qualification signal to build a custom one.

  • For example, you can create a signal named "Tech Background" and instruct the AI to check if the prospect has an IT or software engineering background using their LinkedIn profile.

  • You can then create a second signal named "Outbound Services" to see if the company offers outbound sales or lead generation services by checking their Company website.

  • Once you start the research, Seleqt checks every lead against your signals and scores them automatically.

🚀 Moving Leads to Campaigns Based on Score

Once scored, your best matches move to the top, and weak-fit leads fall to the bottom. This allows you to send your strongest campaign to the right people, and a lighter touch to the middle.

  • Click the Filters menu and select Lead Score.

  • Select the Hot option and click Apply filters.

  • Select all of these top-tier leads, click More actions, and move them to your primary campaign (e.g., Campaign A).

  • Next, clear that filter and apply a new one for your Warm leads.

  • Select these leads and move them to a secondary campaign (e.g., Campaign B).

By prioritizing your prospects this way, you are turning a standard list into a highly targeted shortlist!
