The Parallel Tracks feature allows you to keep your campaign sequences moving without bottlenecking your workflow. If you send a LinkedIn invite, you no longer have to pause the entire campaign while waiting for the prospect to accept it.
Start Your Sequence: Begin building your sequence by adding an initial step, such as sending a LinkedIn invite.
Continue Without Waiting: You can immediately continue adding subsequent steps to your sequence without waiting for the LinkedIn invite to be accepted.
Add Multiple Actions: On this parallel track, you can add a variety of steps, including sending emails, setting conditions, using enrichments, and adding integration steps.
Drag and Drop Flexibility: If you need to rearrange your sequence, you can easily drag and drop these steps to move them around the builder.
Once you launch your campaign, you can monitor how Parallel Tracks operate in real-time.
Navigate to the Campaign Actions view for a specific lead.
You will see that your main sequence continues to run actively.
The sequence keeps progressing and executing steps while the initial check (like waiting for the LinkedIn invite acceptance) remains pending.
