Did you reach out to so many ideal prospects that you want to have a break and pause the campaign for a second? No worries, follow the following steps to understand how you can pause a campaign.

How to pause a campaign

• Navigate to "Campaigns" in de side navigation bar.

• Click on the campaign you want to pause

• Click on 'Pause campaign' in the top-right corner.

• Press the "Pause campaign" button. Well done! Your campaign is paused and no actions will be executed.

If you want to work faster than others and call yourself a professional, we have a Pro Tip for you.

• Navigate to campaign in de side navigation bar. Select the campaign you want to pause, do not click on it!

• There appears a black pop-up bar at the bottom of your screen and click on the "Pause" button.

Easy as that! All the leads in your campaign will not be contacted anymore until you resume your campaign.

How to resume a campaign

• Go to the campaign you want to resume.

• Click on "Resume campaign" and your whole campaign will be resumed.

• Select for which account you want to resume the campaign and press the "Resume campaign" button

That's it! You are all set!
